Despite a challenging year, Breast Cancer Now has been adept at responding to the pandemic and this exciting role will play a vital part in developing, delivering and growing some of our key community fundraising products.
Reporting into the Senior Community Fundraising Product Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing plans to attract, steward and retain community supporters through both mass market communication and brilliant personal stewardship. Sitting within the Central Community Fundraising team, who are responsible for recruiting and stewarding thousands of supporters each year, the post holder will have a primary focus on the £1,000 Challenge whilst also having the opportunity to work across other products such as DIY Fundraising and our virtual bike challenges.
With a good knowledge of Community Fundraising, you’ll be passionate about providing the best possible experience to supporters. You will have successfully delivered fundraising activity before, including the recruitment of participants and the development of supporter journeys across a variety of channels including email and through personal stewardship. You will have a passion for insight, analysis and idea creation and be numerate with a good understanding of Community Fundraising KPIs. With a working knowledge of relationship management databases, you’ll be confident writing data briefs as well as developing and optimising processes to improve efficiencies and ways of working.

Although the role is based in our London office, we are following a blended approach between office and home working with a minimum or two days per week in the office for full-time staff members.
