The role

This is an exciting and varied role where you will be the first point of contact for many of our community supporters and provide an excellent supporter experience, building strong relationships with them to maximise income opportunities through their fundraising activities and events.

Within this role, Within this role, you’ll work across various projects and workstreams, including new and existing campaigns, our 'Fundraising pack request' marketing and automated journeys, as well as leading on incoming enquiries from potential new supporters. You’ll be working very closely with the Products and Regional Community Fundraising teams and wider stakeholders in the charity.

About you

We are looking for someone with a passion for Community fundraising who has excellent supporter or customer care skills. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire our supporters as they fundraise for Breast Cancer Now in all sorts of ways, from head shaves and bake sales to walks and abseils. You’ll have excellent administrative and organisational skills, ideally with experience managing income processes and fundraising databases, and be confident working on multiple projects in a busy environment.
