About the role
Sitting within our our people and organisational development team, you will support us with a wide range of administrative duties associated with our recruitment and selection campaigns.
As the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries from recruiting managers and candidates, you’ll be responsible for uploading vacancies and supporting information onto our online advertising platforms. Along with managing recruitment activity on our applicant tracking system (ATS).
You’ll ensure all our recruitment and selection literature, including adverts and job descriptions are correctly branded and formatted and work closely with the recruitment coordinator and HR advisors to create recruitment packs, for senior level recruitment. Responsible for managing the recruitment inbox you’ll support recruiting managers and the HR advisors with the administration relating to the shortlisting process and coordinate interview dates and times with shortlisted candidates.
About you
You’ll have experience of working in a customer-facing administrative role within an HR or recruitment function. And have experience of recruitment processes and procedures. Not only will you have experience of using industry standard software packages but be able to use an administrative system or database. You’ll have the ability to work as part of a small hybrid team and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills allowing you to work together at all times when in the office or when working from home. You’ll understand the importance of working accurately and with attention to detail within a confidential framework and have the ability to plan and organise your own workload.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
