About the role

We are looking for a senior philanthropy and principal gifts manager to join us.

With a bold ambition to transform high-value income over the next five years, including the launch of a landmark £50 million campaign, this is a pivotal time to join our talented high value partnerships and campaigns team.

This role will lead the cultivation and stewardship of ultra-high and high-net-worth supporters, working alongside the head of philanthropy and principal gifts, the CEO, trustees and campaign board. The successful candidate will deliver best-in-class donor engagement, create tailored stewardship plans, and inspire new and existing supporters to make significant, long-term commitments.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
